Jill McGregor, DMCP, CEO & Founder
Ms. McGregor is the CEO and Founder of CSI-Capitol Services, Inc., retaining a reputation for excellence in the destination management community. In 1984, Ms. McGregor managed a prominent U.S. Congressional Race. In 1987, she incorporated CSI-Capitol Services, which today is considered the leading meeting planning and destination management company in the Washington, DC area.
Over the last 22 years, Ms. McGregor has continued to lead CSI-Capitol Services to new heights, she is active in local and national industry associations and she has been listed in "Who's Who in America." Through her leadership, the company consistently receives recognition and prestigious awards for developing innovative programming in the political, government, corporate, incentive and association markets. Ms. McGregor is one of the founding members of the Association of Destination Management Executives (ADME), and CSI-Capitol Services has been a member of the DMC Network for over 10 years.
David Hainline, Principal
As an owner and Principal of Capitol Services Inc., Mr. Hainline brings over a decade of experience to his role. Formerly, Mr. Hainline spent 16 years in the broadcasting industry, where he sold and managed national accounts totaling over 12 million dollars for Infinity Broadcasting. Mr. Hainline served in a leadership capacity within many prestigious associations throughout the hospitality industry.
Mr. Hainline was a member of the Leadership Committee of the Professional Conference Management Association, served on the Annual Meeting Committee of the Healthcare Convention & Exhibitors Association, chaired the Marketing Committee of the DMC Network, and sat on the Tourism Committee of the Washington, DC Convention & Tourism Corporation. He presently serves on the Bowling Green University Alumni Board.
