CSI managed the largest transportation move to date at the Washington Convention Center for the AARP Life@50+ National Event & Expo. CSI provided shuttle services for over 25,000 attendees including more than 30 VIP celebrities. At peak times, a total of 97 luxury motor coaches using 12 planned routes shuttled conference participants between area hotels and the Washington DC Convention Center plus many VIP transfers.

Coordinating the ever-changing VIP manifest and honoring client requests while navigating the large shuttle fleet around the Convention Center and the host hotels for three 18-hour days proved to be a challenge that CSI is pleased to have successfully accomplished.
