Automated Logic
How do you tame our planet’s wild and often extinct population for one “night at the museum”? Automated Logic’s Awards Dinner held at the Natural History Museum turned its native surroundings into an evening of elegance and sophistication.
“It was such a successful event and I knew I had it nailed when my CEO walked into our event at the Natural History Museum and just said “Wow!”
-Kathleen M. Magee, Director of Marketing
Greeted by waiters with silver trays offering sparkling wine, 300 guests began their evening with private access to the museum’s galleries and exhibits. Cocktails were served in Hall of Mammals among the jungle cats and passed hors d’oeuvres satisfied the carnivore and vegetarian alike. Invited to dinner in the Rotunda, guests were amused by the juxtaposition of the formal tables surrounding an 8-ton 13-foot tall African Bush elephant. All set with black linens, white china and monochromatic white centerpieces, the result was stunning in its dramatic effect. Melodic jazz played while guests were served, in the French-style, a two-course dinner with an entrée that included grilled sirloin and salmon with a sundried tomato crust. After a staged Awards Ceremony, the invited guests were directed to Gem Hall where a delicious dessert buffet was waiting. The evening was a rare opportunity that would not soon be forgotten.
