Chick-fil-A
Chick-fil-A hosted its annual Operators Seminar for Franchisees at the Gaylord National Hotel & Convention Center on February 21-24. Braving historic wintery conditions, over 3,600 attendees arrived for four days of informational learning experiences, networking, celebrating and rejoicing in their shared successes. CSI was hands-on from the start, coordinating not only VIP transportation, but the airport shuttle for all attendees from both Ronald Reagan National and Baltimore-Washington International airports.
The following day, CSI managed six tours for 85% of the attendees – all departing from the hotel at 1:00pm – including a Potomac River cruise departing from the adjacent National Harbor pier. A planned Fun Run with an adventurous route that crossed over the nearby Woodrow Wilson Bridge had to be canceled due to extremely unusual icy conditions. However, CSI and Chick-fil-A quickly implemented the back-up plan for an indoor exercise program that took place at the hotel and was attended by 600 Chick-fil-A fitness enthusiasts! CSI also provided elegant table décor and ice sculpture centerpieces for a VIP Dinner. After four productive and lively days, CSI arranged airport shuttle departures for all attendees, which departed immediately following the morning General Session.
“Chick-fil-A appreciated the integrity and professionalism of the CSI team. From our first meeting in mid-2009 to the final day, CSI truly ‘listened’ and helped us execute memorable experiences for attendees.“
-Jeannie Haralson, Sr. Director of Corporate Logistics.
Both companies working together made 2010 Chick-fil-A Operators Seminar an extremely successful program.
