We were contracted by the United States House of Representatives to plan a parliamentary assembly for 1,000 participants and guests from over 55 countries. CSI was responsible for managing the meetings, tours, special events and transportation.

CSI managed multiple meetings during the 5-day convention at the JW Marriott.
The evening events took place at the National Building Museum, George Washington’s Mount Vernon Estate and Gardens, and the Library of Congress.
On July 1st, a cocktail reception was held at the National Building Museum.
On July 2nd the group was transferred to Mount Vernon on boats, and dinner was served under a tent on the estate.
The farewell dinner on July 4th was hosted at the Library of Congress. After dinner, guests were escorted to the terrace of the US Capitol to view the annual 4th of July concert and fireworks.
