JILL MCGREGOR, DMCP— CEO & Founder
Ms. McGregor is the CEO and Founder of CSI-Capitol Services, Inc., retaining a reputation for excellence in the destination management community. In 1984, Ms. McGregor managed a prominent U.S. Congressional Race. Shortly thereafter, she incorporated Capitol Services, which, from its inception, has been recognized as a premier meeting planning and destination management company in the Washington, DC area. Five years later, she expanded the Capitol Services headquarters on Capitol Hill to include spacious facilities on the Potomac River near historic Alexandria, Virginia and again due to growth, the company relocated to Falls Church, Virginia in 2002. Over the last 15 years, she has continued to lead the company, receiving recognition and prestigious awards for developing innovative programming in the political, government, corporate, incentive and association markets. Recognized for her leadership, Ms. McGregor has been heralded as one of the founding members of the Association of Destination Management Executives. Continually active in local and national industry associations, she was listed in "Who's Who in America." Her board memberships and participation in charity organizations continue to position Capitol Services as a recognized leader in the Special Events category.
DAVID HAINLINE — President
As President of Capitol Services, Mr. Hainline brings with him over
a decade of experience. Formerly,
Mr. Hainline spent 16 years in the broadcasting industry, where
he sold and managed all national accounts totaling over 12 million
dollars for Infinity Broadcasting. Mr. Hainline has served in a
leadership capacity within many prestigious associations throughout
the hospitality industry. He was a member of the Leadership Committee
of the Professional Conference Management Association, served on
the Annual Meeting Committee of the Healthcare Convention & Exhibitors
Association, chaired the Marketing Committee of the DMC Network,
and sat on the Tourism Committee of the Washington, DC Convention
& Tourism Corporation. In November of 2005, David was selected as
one of Bowling Green State University's 2006 Accomplished Graduate
Recipients.
