Tour Registration Services

Capitol Services will handle all your pre-conference and on-site registration needs, our services include:

Drafting tour registration forms.
Receiving and processing all registration mailings at the offices of Capitol Services.
Inputting all tour registrants into our Capitol Services computer database.
Sending a tour confirmation letter with pertinent details to all registrants.
Providing you with regular reports of registered tour participants based on your schedule.
Providing tour registration staff on-site to set up and distribute all tour tickets and selling limited tickets as available.

The registration deadline is two (2) weeks prior to each tour. Guests who cancel prior to the deadline can pick up their refunds on-site. If tour minimums are not reached by the registration deadline, Capitol Services reserves the right to make substitutions or cancel the tour. All participants will be notified prior to the tour and refunds will be available.
