• Design, print, and distribute event invitations, programs, schedules, name badges, menu cards, place cards, name badges, escort cards, and thank-you notes.

• Organize menu selection and arrange "tastings" prior to event for approval.

• Secure entertainment for the event, and ensure all entertainment needs are met.

• Orchestrate all aspects of the site, such as overseeing event staffing and handling special needs.

• Handle all VIP arrangements including transportation, holding rooms, security, parking, and special walk-throughs and on-site assistance

• Coordinate all billing during and after the event.
