The Tour program during the 161st APA Annual Meeting will provide attendees and their families with a great opportunity to explore our Capitol City!
Advance rate availability:
To get advance rates, please register before April 9, 2008. After this date, tour prices will increase and registration will be taken on availability only. Tours may be sold out before deadline.
Confirmation/Tickets:
All registered guests will receive a confirmation email. If the confirmation is not sent to you within three days, please contact us via email at APAtours@csi-dc.com.
Tour Departure/Returns:
All tours will depart from the L Street entrance of the Washington Convention Center and return to the same entrance.
Refunds:
Guests cancelling prior to April 9, 2008 will receive a refund, less a $5.00 processing fee. Guests cancelling after April 9, 2008 will not be entitled to a refund of any monies.
Cancellations:
Tours may be cancelled if the minimum registration is not met by April 16, 2008. In the event of tour cancellations, all pre-registration money will be refunded.
